Ceylon Cinnamon has a LIGHT FRUITY AND FLORAL AROMA, EASY TO BREAK and is different than other varieties of cinnamon REAL CEYLON CINNAMON - unlike cassia cinnamon, Ceylon cinnamon is lighter. It is not hot, spicy and does not have a peppery kick that is associated with more common cinnamons.
